INFORMATION : Created in the 1920s by Jacques VILLON after the oil on canvas "The Peasant" by VAN GOGH this etching was first edited by Galerie Bernheim Jeune. The copper plates were after acquired by Louvre Museum and a second edition was printed in the 1950/60s. This proof is from the Louvre Museum edition.
